Homeward Bound April Newsletter

Hello. Megan and Parnell here.  Welcome to the month of April.  April 1 has already passed so I can’t play any April Fools jokes on you.  Never been a fan of those anyway.   As you know COVID-19 has been far from an April fools joke. We all wish it were.

The good news is that there is an end to this, but we have made adjustments to better serve customers and keep their safety a top priority.

Some examples of this would be offering virtual Buyer and Seller consultations with Google Video Conferencing for our clients who prefer this to in-person meetings.

We are still available to show properties in most cases but we can facilitate most home showings virtually to support social distancing or can send you a video walk-through.

Our in-house marketing team is committed to showcasing property virtually. Walk through videos of all our listings and the communities will be created. We also have a virtual brochure for all properties. For those that want to see the home in person, we are enforcing strict health and financial vetting criteria.

As a technology enabled real estate team, we can provide a digital, paperless offers, so buyers don’t have to leave the safety or comfort of their home to submit an offer. Our lenders and settlement partners are adjusting to changes to ensure the process is smooth and keeps your health as our top priority!

Again, we are committed to helping you and anyone you know now and in the future.

If you are checking out Homeward Bound News for the first time, you will notice we give back to those in our community who need help the most.  Like the Kids at Northwest Rock Mountain CASA!

This year, we are on a mission to hit a Big goal this year of $10,000!  We do this by donating a portion of our income from homes we sell to them!  As you know Northwest Rocky Mountain CASA does awesome work in helping kids emotional, physical educational, spiritual, social and mental health needs. They also support the children’s demanding court schedule, from attending and speaking on behalf of these vulnerable children, through counseling, learn how to thrive in a safe and loving home.

CASA depends on Sponsorships and Donations in order to provide these vulnerable children with trained, loving advocates. So When you hear me say “YOUR REFERRALS HELP THE KIDS…” they really do.

Who do you know considering buying or selling a home you could refer to my real estate sales team?

Not only will they benefit from our award-winning service, you can rest assured we are also donating to a very worthy cause as well.
